  • Is shipping available?

    Unfortunately, shipping is not available for Host House products at the moment. We have Texas pick up dates/times available for 2024.

  • When & where can I pick up my order?

    For Host House's first season, we will be doing product pick up at the following locations and dates. We will send more detailed information once your order is placed! Our goal is to offer shipping in the future and service dorm rooms & homes through-out the USA. Thank you for being patient with our growing company!

  • How do I install my headboard?

    Our Host House headboards are lightweight & can adhere to any wall using the velcro strips provided.

  • What is the Host House return policy?

    Our Host House items are custom products and are non-refundable.

  • How do I clean my Host House products?

    All of our products are made with a hidden zipper to allow you to remove & clean.

    Oversized pillow covers-spot clean or wash in cold water & tumble dry low.

    Monogram applique pillows-spot clean or turn inside out to wash in cold water & tumble dry low.
